These clients, while they enjoyed condominium living, wanted their residence to feel like a home, an actual house. 

 

In the renovation, DeCurtis Design added numerous bulkheads and other features that enabled the space to have pot lights and other traditional, cozier touches.  The gas burning fireplace where a bulkhead gives the impression of a chimney, is a prime example. The fireplace also warms the ambiance and provides an inviting focal point for seating and entertaining.
